1st Shift Machine Operator needed in Nazareth, PA!PeopleShare is partnered with a well established manufacturing company on their search for a Machine Operator.Job Details:Schedule:Monday -Friday 6am-2:30pm Pay Rate: $18-23+ DOE Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire Location: Nazareth, PA Key Responsibilities:Operate machines (including Okuma lathes) to manufacture small, high‑precision metal parts. Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and consistency. Change inserts, tooling, and machine fixtures as needed to support production requirements. Inspect finished parts using appropriate measuring tools to ensure they meet quality specifications. Wash, clean, and prepare completed parts for the next stage of processing or shipment.
