Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Handle and prepare silicon optical components for processing
Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure quality, with basic use of measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, thickness gauges)
Operate manufacturing equipment according to standard procedures
Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure quality
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Follow safety rules, SOPs, and proper handling procedures
Record process data and report any abnormalities or defects
Support production targets and team operations as needed
Education & Experience
Associate degree in manufacturing, engineering technology, or a related field is a plus
Vocational/technical course in manufacturing, machining, or a related field
Skills
Basic machine operation and willingness to learn
Ability to follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety rules
