Machine Operator

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform degreasing of silicon parts following approved work instructions and cleanliness standards.
• Execute blocking and deblocking processes to ensure proper part mounting and safe removal without damage.
• Conduct in-process and post-process inspections to check surface condition, defects, and overall part quality.
• Handle parts carefully to prevent scratches, contamination, or breakage.
• Accurately record inspection results, process data, and lot history.
• Follow safety rules, quality requirements, and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with upstream and downstream processes to ensure smooth workflow and timely handoff.

Education & Experience

• Minimum requirement: College level or equivalent (technical/vocational background preferred)
