Machine Operator

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle and prepare silicon optical components for processing
• Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure quality, with basic use of measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, thickness gauges)
• Operate manufacturing equipment according to standard procedures
• Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow safety rules, SOPs, and proper handling procedures
• Record process data and report any abnormalities or defects
• Support production targets and team operations as needed

Education & Experience

• Associate degree in manufacturing, engineering technology, or a related field is a plus
• Vocational/technical course in manufacturing, machining, or a related field
