Machine Operator M01-C

**Main purpose of the role:**

Responsible for operating various machines within the manufacturing cells, including changeovers, machine condition and setting, whilst working safely and maintaining quality against the standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Responsible for all aspects of setting, condition setting for jobs and condition alteration to remedy quality issues.
+ Expected to work on own initiative and use own judgment in absence of technician. Always compliant with RA/SOPs/work standards etc associating with each process
+ Responsible for maintaining department KPI’s (5s, scrap reduction, inventory, safety and productivity) to factory set targets for the department with increased responsibility for designated equipment.
+ Responsible for daily/weekly asset care checks on all machinery and recording for maintenance records.
