Job Description

Main purpose of the role:
Responsible for operating various machines within the manufacturing cells, including changeovers, machine condition and setting, whilst working safely and maintaining quality against the standards. 
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of setting, condition setting for jobs and condition alteration to remedy quality issues.
Expected to work on own initiative and use own judgment in absence of technician. Always compliant with RA/SOPs/work standards etc associating with each process
Responsible for maintaining department KPI’s (5s, scrap reduction, inventory, safety and productivity) to factory set targets for the department with increased responsibility for designated equipment.
Responsible for daily/weekly asset care checks on all machinery and recording for maintenance records.
