Job Description

A Machine Operator for a hollow blocks making machine is responsible for operating and maintaining the block-making equipment to ensure efficient production of quality concrete hollow blocks (CHB).

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the hollow blocks making machine according to standard procedures.
• Prepare and mix raw materials (cement, sand, gravel, and water) based on required proportions.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed.
• Inspect finished hollow blocks to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Report machine issues or defects to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the production area.
• Assist in loading, curing, and stacking finished blocks.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or vocational course (preferred).
