Machine Operator (Production)

Will work in a Fiberglass/Insulation Production Facility up to 7 days a week as needed by Production demand. Hourly wage will depend on department and shift. 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts Position Summary Produces Core, Jacket OR Ducts of all sizes according to schedule that meet quality standards. Position Responsibilities Stamp date code on all material. Check the length within the first 10 pieces. Change wire if needed with right size of wire according to company procedure for Core Make and tape tags with accurate number of pieces on each box. Complete the machine and daily production reports accurately Housekeeping and machine maintenance. Must meet 95% efficiency rate Other duties as assigned. Nature and Scope Works under direct supervision and follows written/verbal instructions to accomplish assigned tasks. Resolves routine questions and problems, refers complex issues to others. Demonstrates an awareness of the relative urgency of tasks and responds accordingly.
