Machine Operator

Overall Responsibility: The Production Line Operator is responsible for CIP, sanitization, operation, and clean of the machines. They are responsible for filling orders according to the schedule, running the line and working with the lab and cellar team to ensure that all QC parameters are met.

Focus Area 1

• Follow production schedule to ensure orders are met on time and in the proper cooperage
• CIP and sanitize the line according to SOP protocols
• Run the production line according to SOP and make sure that QC parameters are being met
• Keep production line area and storage area organized and clean
• Maintain stock of all raw materials used
• Identify problems on the line and notify management and maintenance as needed
• Identify and report all the non-conformances
• Other duties as assigned
