Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation & Setup: Load raw material spools, thread wires, and adjust machine settings (speed, tension) to meet production, quality, and safety standards.
• Quality Control: Constantly monitor gauges and mechanical signals, inspecting the finished cable for defects.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance, clean machines, change knives/clamps, and identify or repair minor mechanical issues.
• Documentation: Record production data, maintain activity logs, and complete, report, and document maintenance or quality issues.
• Safety & Efficiency: Adhere to all safety protocols (PPE), maintain a clean work area, and achieve daily production goals.

Pay: From Php18,100.00 per month
