Machine Operator

+ Effectively communicates with employees from your own departments to ensure a team environment.
+ Makes process decisions and ensures product quality conforms with quality audit specifications.
+ Reads specifications and schedules to prepare for upcoming jobs.
+ Machine maintenance.
+ May occasionally use forklift/roll clamp to transport product.
+ Palletizes rolls and wraps on stretch wrapper to prepare for shipping.
+ Ties bales on trim balers and broke balers.
+ Sets up core cutter and cuts cores.
+ Sets next crew up for success and effectively and efficiently communicates at shift change to Operators and Supervisors.
+ All other duties as assigned.
