MACHINE OPERATORS

Responsibilities
Set up workstations with required materials, tools, and components at the start of each shift to ensure uninterrupted production.
Record production data including output quantities, downtime, and quality check results on daily production sheets.
Move raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods between workstations and storage areas using trolleys or pallet jacks.
Perform in-process quality checks by inspecting products for defects, dimensional accuracy, and visual appearance at specified intervals.
Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures including wearing prescribed personal protective equipment such as safety boots, goggles, and gloves.
Package finished products by labelling, boxing, and palletising according to customer specifications and dispatch requirements.
