Adept Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of a major, high precision engineering manufacturer supplying critical components into demanding global industries.

We're looking for a Machine Shop Labourer who understands heavy industry, takes pride in doing things right, and isn't afraid of graft.

THE ROLE

You'll be working inside a busy machine shop, supporting skilled machinists and keeping production moving.

Your day will include:

Filing and grinding large metal components to required standards

Fettling and finishing precision parts

Moving materials and components safely using FLTs and Side Loaders

Supporting the wider team to maintain flow and quality on the shop floor

Keeping your area clean, safe and production-ready

SHIFT PATTERN

Continental shift pattern (rotating days and nights).
