What you'll be doing

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of bakery machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot any mechanical, electrical or technical issues with our machines, and implement appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with the production team to coordinate equipment maintenance schedules and minimize downtime
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance
