Machining Supervisor

• Engineering or equivalent; degree in a technical, or relevant field is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
• Strong Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for equipment or process issues
• Experience with quality control and safety regulations
• 5+ years of machining experience, 2–3 years of supervisory or Proven experience as a Machine Shop supervisor
• Strong understanding of machining processes and equipment
• Comprehensive knowledge of machining processes (CNC, milling, turning, grinding, fabrication)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate teams and resolve conflicts.
