Job Description

                    Engineering or equivalent; degree in a technical, or relevant field is a plus 
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications. 
Strong Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for equipment or process issues 
Experience with quality control and safety regulations 
5+ years of machining experience, 2–3 years of supervisory or Proven experience as a Machine Shop supervisor 
Strong understanding of machining processes and equipment 
Comprehensive knowledge of machining processes (CNC, milling, turning, grinding, fabrication) 
Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate teams and resolve conflicts.
