MACHINING TECHNICIAN

ACTIVE PRECISION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is looking for a competent Machining Technician to support precision machining operations in our manufacturing facility. The role involves operating CNC machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining production efficiency in a fast-paced engineering environment.

• Set up and operate CNC machining equipment (e.g., CNC Milling, CNC Turning)
• Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and GD&T requirements
• Perform tool setup, offset adjustments, and basic CNC program editing
• Monitor machining processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and tolerances
• Conduct in-process and final inspection using measuring instruments (e.g., vernier calipers, micrometres, gauges)
• Troubleshoot machining issues and perform corrective actions
