What you’ll do as a Machinist:
+ Inspect card stock cutting operations for requirements and machine condition.
+ Inspect dies and cutting tooling to detect defects, assess wear, and verify specifications, using micrometers, steel gauge pins, loupes, and other metrology tools.
+ Compute desired tool geometry and profile tolerances.
+ Select and mount grinding wheels on machines, according to specifications, using hand tools and applying knowledge of abrasives and grinding procedures.
