Job Description Immune Specific Accountabilities Recognizes and understands flight/product safety critical parts and processes. Responsible for immediately reporting flight/product safety concerns. Participates in proactive risk analysis of flight/product safety critical parts and processes.
Specific Accountabilities Reads and interprets specification manuals, blueprints, templates and layouts to determine machining operation to be performed. Performs repair process by applying current & approved technical data and job instructions. Computes dimensions and tolerances and measures and lays out work pieces. Verifies dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges and micrometers. Troubleshoots, debugs and modifies to achieve expected performance. Sets up, operates and maintains CNC/Grinding/Lapping/CMM/Polishing/Pressure Blast/Peening/Lathe machine/ Chemical Cleaning Line using approved blueprints, co...
