Machinist I

We are looking for a talented Machinist - Level I to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in York, SC

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**

+ Promote a safe and compliant manufacturing environment by consistently following HSE standards, using proper PPE, reporting hazards, and actively participating in safety training.
+ Build strong tool room fundamentals by completing required coursework and on‑the‑job training hours to develop machinist skills and technical proficiency.
+ Support equipment reliability by assisting with preventive, corrective, emergency, and predictive maintenance activities under skilled trades guidance.
+ Contribute to product quality by performing supervised work to specifications, conducting quality inspections, and following all process documentation and standards.
