We’re hiring an experienced **Machinist** who thrives in a **job shop environment** —not repetitive production. If you enjoy setting up your own work, solving machining challenges, and producing **tight-tolerance, high-precision components (including military-grade)** , this is the role for you.

**Responsibilities**

+ Own **full job setups** from drawings, sketches, and blueprints
+ Determine **materials, tooling, speeds & feeds** , and machining approach
+ Run **manual and CNC mills, lathes, saws, and grinders**
+ Perform **test runs and in-process inspections** to ensure tight tolerances
+ Work on a **variety of parts (20+ regularly in rotation)** —no repetitive runs
+ Maintain **clear, accurate documentation** for quality and compliance
