MACHINIST- PLANT WORKSHOP

Department: Port/Terminal

• Technical diploma, vocational certification, or equivalent in machining, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in machining, fabrication, or maintenance support; preferably in heavy machinery or container terminal equipment.
• Strong knowledge of lathes, milling machines, grinders, cutting tools, and precision measurement instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and commitment to quality and safety.
• Physically fit and safety-conscious, capable of working in workshop and terminal environments.
• Good communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with maintenance and operations teams.
