一、岗位职责

· 负责车间数控设备（SIEMENS、FANUC）的编程、调试与加工工艺优化

· 依据生产任务，独立完成复杂零件的机加工工艺制定、程序编制、刀具选型和加工参数设置

· 指导操作工正确使用设备，开展技能培训及技术支持工作

· 协助推进车间现场管理、5S、OPM、PM、安全生产规范执行

· 对现有设备进行程序优化，提高加工效率、稳定性及产品精度

· 快速修复常见机械/电气故障问题

· 负责数控程序的管理、备份与版本优化，能建立标准化程序库

· 参与设备选型、改造、自动化升级项目

二、任职要求

· 大专及以上学历，机械制造、数控技术、机电一体化、自动化等相关专业
