Machinist (surface grinding and milling machine)

Job Description:

The Machinist is responsible for operating and maintaining surface grinding and milling machines used in the fabrication, repair, and modification of metal components. This role ensures precision machining in line with engineering drawings, production requirements, and quality standards. The machinist supports overall production efficiency by delivering high-accuracy parts necessary for tooling and assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manual and semi-automatic milling machines and surface grinders according to assigned job orders and technical drawings.
• Perform setup and alignment of workpieces, tools, fixtures, and machine parameters.
• Conduct precision grinding and milling operations on a variety of metal parts and components for molds, dies, fixtures, and custom fabrications.
