- Machinist licensed or equivalent experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years' work experience in a machine and fabrication shop environment or engineering department of a manufacturer with heavy machining capabilities.
- Interpret blueprint drawings and accurately read various measuring tools.
- Understanding of machinery and equipment and material tolerances.
- Solid understanding of quality control and working to quality standards.
- Must have good time management, problem‑solving skills, initiative and commitment to tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist with training of new and existing employees on proper usage of measuring equipment and ISO Quality Policies and Procedures.
