  • Machinist licensed or equivalent experience

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years' work experience in a machine and fabrication shop environment or engineering department of a manufacturer with heavy machining capabilities.
  • Interpret blueprint drawings and accurately read various measuring tools.
  • Understanding of machinery and equipment and material tolerances.
  • Solid understanding of quality control and working to quality standards.
  • Must have good time management, problem‑solving skills, initiative and commitment to tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with training of new and existing employees on proper usage of measuring equipment and ISO Quality Policies and Procedures.
