Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoots hardware, software, and network operational problems over the phone and uses technical resources to ensure resolution.
• Uses expertise and knowledge of information systems products and services to assist users.
• Identifies, investigates, and researches user questions and problems, as well as locating and addressing information system issues.
• Coordinates referrals to qualified technical, professional, or service workers.
• Receives and prioritizes issues, which are then forwarded using proper escalation procedures.
• All other duties are as allocated.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Mandarin is necessary (both verbal and written).
• Must be willing to work onsite in the Mall of Asia Business Complex in Pasay City.
• Open to working on a rotating schedule.
