As a Maersk Customs Services Lead , you will oversee a team responsible for the timely, accurate, and compliant clearance of goods. You will act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, customs authorities, and customers, ensuring regulatory compliance, minimizing clearance delays, and driving high levels of customer satisfaction through effective workflow management and proactive communication.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of customs professionals to ensure strong knowledge and adherence to Customs Brokerage regulations and internal SOPs
• Monitor team performance against Maersk standards, KPIs, and departmental objectives, including regular audits of shipment documentation, accounting, and filing accuracy
