Position Summary

The MAID Coordinator (Nurse Practitioner) is accountable for the development, implementation and support of the delivery of Medical Assistance in Dying services (MAID) for Grand River Hospital’s clinical programs. The coordinator supports health care providers, patients and family caregivers to access appropriate services and resources based on current legislative protocols and program‑specific best practice, and in accordance with the clinical and ethical standards of Grand River Hospital.
