Job Description

                    Responsibilities Oversee activities of mid Application Developers, as applicable and provide individuals with constructive feedback as it pertains to team performance. 
Participate in the design, coding, testing. 
Assist clients in business/technical specification gathering when requested. 
Develop detailed analysis/design documents for several enhancement projects. 
Solve Online and Batch Abends. 
Support the system testing and client integration testing efforts as required. 
Develop Pseudo Code for the mid and junior Developers. 
Qualifications Strong technical background and proficiency in IBM COBOL. 
Experience with JCL, CICS, and DB2. 
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
