Mainframe Infra Architect

Role: Mainframe Infra Architect (Priority 1) Location: Minneapolis(Local only) Design and implement infrastructure solutions for mainframe modernization, ensuring scalability and security. Key Responsibilities Architect infrastructure for migration from mainframe to distributed/cloud environments. Define network, storage, and compute requirements for modernization. Implement security and compliance controls. Optimize performance and cost during transition. Required Skills Expertise in mainframe infrastructure (z/OS, storage systems). Knowledge of cloud architecture and hybrid integration. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools. Strong understanding of networking and security protocols. Experience 10 years in mainframe infrastructure and 4 years in modernization architecture
