The Role

本ポジションは、メインフレーム領域の技術リーダーとして、保守運用・提案・デリバリー支援・メンバー育成を担う役割です。特に金融業界向けの案件が中心で、安定した環境の中で専門性を高めながら、チームを牽引していただきます。技術力だけでなく、リーダーシップや顧客対応力も活かせる裁量の大きなポジションです。
基本的に日本語での勤務となりますので日本語スキルは必須となります。技術資料など英文資料を参照する事はありますが、通常業務では英語でのコミュニケーション発生頻度は高くない環境です。
