Mainframe z/OS System Programmer – L3

Summary of key responsibilities

• Minimum 10+ years of broad and in-depth hands-on technical and design/architect level experience in Mainframe z/OS
• Experience in a multi-site (multiple Data Center) Mainframe shop of minimum 2,000 MIPS and above.
• Work with Client/Customer, OEM & ISV Vendors, Business Partners related to all aspects of the Mainframe Platform.
• Support various Mainframe Software (both IBM and OEM/ISV products evaluation, High Availability, Disaster Recovery etc.
• Derive realistic Mainframe SLAs and design / propose architecture meeting those SLAs goals
• Mainframe Licensing, TCO and ROI planning and decision making.

Years of Experience

Minimum 10+ years of hands-on technical and Architect experience on the Mainframe Platform as a whole (HW, SW, NW, OS and Security)
