Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

:
  • Assist with mainline asphalt paving operations

  • Support paving equipment operations, compaction and joint quality

  •  Set up and maintain safe working zones

  • Communicate effectively with team members

  • Follow all company safety policies, OHSA requirements, and site-specific rules

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

  • Perform other duties as assigned

    • Requirements:

  • Previous mainline paving or heavy civil construction experience preferred

  • Strong understanding of asphalt paving processes and teamwork

  • Ability to work safely around heavy equipment and live traffic

  • Valid driver’s license
