Mains Replacement Agent

We're looking for a proactive and driven Mains Replacement Agent to play a key role in the successful on-site delivery of water mains renewal schemes across London. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating daily site operations, ensuring materials and equipment arrive on time, and upholding the highest standards of health, safety, quality, and compliance. You'll be the link between site teams, subcontractors, clients, and internal stakeholders—maintaining strong relationships while keeping projects moving smoothly and safely. From monitoring progress and controlling costs to motivating teams and solving problems on the ground, you'll help us deliver essential infrastructure that communities rely on.
