About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Leadman to join our team at Polystar General Services Inc. in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians and overseeing all facility maintenance operations to ensure the smooth running of our client sites.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and coordinate a team of maintenance technicians to deliver high-quality and timely maintenance services
2. Oversee the planning, scheduling and execution of preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance tasks
3. Inspect facilities and equipment to identify issues and develop appropriate maintenance strategies
4. Ensure maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with safety standards and company policies
5. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and provide regular reporting to management
