About the role

As a Maintenance Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient operations of Yamaha Motor Philippines' 3S shops. You will be primarily responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the company's physical assets, ensuring they are well-maintained and operating at optimal levels.

What You'll Be Doing

• Collect and monitor 3S shop maintenance issues and coordinate repairs with DND Area Controller, Purchasing, and Dealers.
• Prepare maintenance cost estimates and reply letters for dealer approval.
• Handle costing and documentation for 3S shop maintenance activities (regular maintenance, repainting, signage, shop upgrades, cleaning, and insurance.
• Process maintenance billings for 3S shops.
• Manage 3S shop calamity-related insurance and documentation.
• Prepares maintenance article for posting at social media accounts.
