Maintenance Advance Engineer

Supervise the day-to-day equipment operations and maintenance (such as; changing of tooling, conduct initial machine condition parameters, and perform pre-production test). Maintain the physical asset of the property under the direction of the Senior Engineer or Manager. Alerts the immediate superior of any equipment unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur. Execute all preventive maintenance activities and prepares technical reports (Machine report, EBRR, etc.) as assigned. Implements projects such as system optimization, improvements and POKAYOKE Perform equipment immediate repair, operation, installation, troubleshooting and calibration as assigned or in areas beyond the technician's capability. Solves problems related to equipment's which may involve major decision making with the guidance of a manager or colleague from another group or department.
