Maintenance Analyst

The Project Maintenance Analyst supports consultants across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC regions by ensuring accurate project setup and maintenance. This role is critical to downstream processes, enabling consultants to charge time correctly, ensuring clients are billed accurately, and safeguarding proper revenue recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate terms and conditions for standard contracts.
Set up, update, and maintain system project codes.
Create and manage customer records in the system.
Support consultants in accurate time charging to projects.
Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with revenue recognition standards.
