Job Responsibilities
Collaborating with the operation department and assisting to reduce the time for machinery and equipment breakdown.
Conducting predictive and preventive maintenance management systems, maintaining and managing to optimize machinery efficiency
Supervising and managing subordinates' day-to-day operations and performance by providing guidance and executing technical problem-solving.
Adapting manufacturing machinery to client needs, integrating new innovative technology or method to increase production capacity and quality, and monitoring the machines to ensure they can execute the predetermined plan are all examples of upgrading or altering machinery.
