Maintenance and Facilities Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot 11kV electrical systems, transformers, switchgears, and distribution panels.
• Ensure strict compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga licensing requirements and EHS safety standards.
• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on chillers, HVAC systems, air compressors, and RO/DI water treatment systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and safety audits of electrical and utility systems.
• Maintain and update safety documentation, logbooks, and maintenance records.
• Lead and supervise facility-related tasks including building infrastructure maintenance.
• Coordinate statutory inspections and liaise with regulatory bodies.
• Execute tasks and improvement projects as instructed by the Facilities Manager or other superiors.
• Support energy efficiency initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
