An established property owner is seeking a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Technician / Operations Officer to support the day-to-day operations of a prominent mixed-use retail and commercial building.

This is a dynamic, site-based role suited to someone who takes pride in presentation standards, operational efficiency, safety, and delivering a high-quality tenant and customer experience.

The Role You will play a key part in maintaining the building’s performance, safety, and compliance, working closely with centre management, contractors, and service providers.
