The Role
Reporting to the Maintenance and Reliability Manager, you’ll provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to your team while managing day-to-day operations including planning, rostering, and maintenance execution. You’ll play a vital role in promoting a high-performance, safety-focused culture aligned with Sanitarium’s values.
