The **Maintenance and Renovation Technician** is responsible for maintaining, repairing, cleaning, and preparing modular units and trailers. Work is completed on-site using detailed work orders, with flexibility to prioritize tasks based on workload and weather conditions. If you enjoy hands‑on renovation work, variety in your day, and a predictable schedule, this role offers a great balance. You’ll work independently, follow clear work orders, and maintain clean, climate‑controlled units—without last‑minute callouts or rotating shifts
