Maintenance Assistant

The Maintenance Assistant key purpose is to work with the Maintenance Manager to ensure all areas of the hotel are maintained in proper working order, to the highest possible standards - this in turn ensures the health and safety of all staff and guests at all times.

• . Check maintenance log and report daily to the Maintenance Manager for allocated duties.

• ·         Collect bulbs list on a daily basis and replace all blown light bulbs as required.
• ·         Collect rubbish from all areas of the Hotel and remove to the skip area 
• ·         To work in conjunction with the Maintenance Manager and to help rectify/repair whatever is needed. 
• ·         To ensure that due care and diligence is taken when carrying out tasks to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
• ·         To ensure that correct safety signage and security measures are in place taken to warn others of dangers hereby minimising risk of injury.
