Maintenance Assistant

**What You'll Be Doing**

**Job Scope:** Generally responsible for assisting in the maintenance of the Hargrove Engineers & Constructors facilities including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, fire, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, grounds maintenance, security, office space, and logistics. This work will be performed under close supervision

**Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:**

+ Building maintenance assistance including routine maintenance of HVAC and other mechanical systems, painting, lighting and electrical systems, carpet cleaning, plumbing, installation of electronics and other office fixtures, installation of appliances, assembly and installation of doors, cubicles and other furnishings.
