Maintenance Assistant

This is a full-time Maintenance role with a condominium management body based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As the Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our residential property, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our tenants and residents.

What you’ll be doing

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting, cleaning, and basic plumbing and electrical work
• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Identify and report any issues or potential problems with the facilities
• Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the company’s grounds and equipment
• Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure a safe and well‑maintained work environment
