Maintenance Associate

Maintenance Staff:

The Maintenance Staff is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks and repairs to ensure that facilities, equipment, and systems remain in good working condition. This role supports daily operations by maintaining cleanliness, functionality, and safety across the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Conduct minor repairs on fixtures, lighting, furniture, and appliances.
• Assist with preventive maintenance schedules and record all performed maintenance activities.
