MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY

Responsible for the smooth day-to-day safety operation and maintenance of all warehouse facility, equipment and its surroundings.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducts daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly preventive maintenance of all warehouse equipment and fixtures.
• Attends to both minor and major repairs of defective equipment.
• Conducts weekly fogging.
• Ensures that daily data gathering of maintenance activity form is timely, accurate and complete.
• Monitors the Sewerage Treatment Plant operation.
• Ascertains that janitorial supplies are kept at minimum while maximizing its usage.
• Stores and safe-keeps equipment and fixtures' spare parts and tools.
• Ensures cleanliness of warehouse floor area, comfort rooms, dining area and removal of trash during store hours and closing time.
