Maintenance Clerk

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conducts daily /weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly preventive maintenance of all warehouse equipment and fixtures.
• Attends to both minor and major repairs of defective equipment in the store
• Conducts weekly fogging.
• Ensures that daily data gathering of maintenance activity form is timely, accurate and complete.
• Monitors the Sewerage Treatment Plant operation.
• Ascertains that janitorial supplies are kept at minimum while maximizing its usage.
• Stores and safekeeps equipment and fixtures' spare parts and tools.
• Ensures cleanliness of warehouse floor area, comfort rooms, dining area and removal of trash during store hours and closing time.
• Observes proper grooming standards and wearing of company uniforms at all times, courtesy towards members, fellow employees and company officers, and punctuality at all times.
