Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Documentation Support
Manage all maintenance-related paperwork, filing, and documentation.
Maintain and organize the maintenance department shared folders, ensuring proper structure and version control.
Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists for equipment and production lines.
Assist in preparing maintenance reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Ensure all maintenance records are updated and compliant with ISO and internal audit requirements.
Spare Parts & Procurement Coordination:
Maintain inventory records of critical machine spare parts and track stock levels.
Raise and track Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Quotation Requests (QR) for maintenance-related purchases.
Coordinate with Supply Chain Management (SCM) and warehouse for Delivery Orders (DO) and invoice processing.
